OpenAI has acquired AI-powered personal finance app Roi, hiring its CEO Sujith Vishwajit. Roi, founded in 2022, offers a personalized investing experience and will cease operations by October 15, 2025. OpenAI previously acquired Context.ai, io, Crossing Minds, Alex, and Statsig.
