Both the US House of Representatives and the US Senate have continued to increase the attention paid to artificial intelligence (AI) issues for the defense sector, most notably by including a number of provisions in the text of the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2026 (FY 2026), alongside the Senate’s version.
