Artificial Intelligence (AI) has evolved across generations, encompassing diverse forms and functions. As such, the idea of ‘AI’ may vary depending on context — each interpretation valid in its own way. AI can be grouped into three categories: traditional (rigid, rules-based systems that respond to prompts); generative AI (data-driven, learning-based AI); and agentic AI (autonomous AI that executes workflows without constant human input).
