Grammarly announced on Tuesday  that it acquired AI email assistant Superhuman, part of the startup’s effort to build a broad range of workplace software.

The company didn’t disclose financial terms of the deal. Superhuman was last valued at $825 million in a round led by IVP and Andreessen Horowitz in 2021. It was among the startups that could be up for sale this year, according to The
