This means that petting, holding, and talking to Moflin will produce positive emotinos. On the other hand, ignoring or startling Moflin generates negative emotions. As you spend more time together with the pet, its emotions will develop and become more diverse. It can also learn your voice, recognize you as its owner, and become attached to you.
